THE MARKET'S ARCHITECT

The grid isn't short on hardware or capital. The deadlock is regulatory.

AI's power demand is testing grids across the country. V-Wire architects the open market standards that let new load and new generation connect fast — putting private capital to work to make the grid better, more efficient, and cheaper for all of us.

Starting with speed-to-power.

Not outside.
Not beside.
Building INSIDE the grid.

Load that brings its own power. Integrated.

THE DEADLOCK

Today, the grid operates as a game of tug-of-war. Hyperscalers need immediate speed-to-power. Utilities are bound to multi-year physical asset deployment cycles. Regulators must ensure system-wide reliability at all costs. And rate-payer advocates are working for you, me, and Grandma.

Everyone is doing exactly what they should be doing—fighting for their stakeholder's interests. The result is a system frozen by well-intentioned friction.

THE WHITE SPACE

V-Wire exists in the white space between these entrenched interests. We are not an infrastructure developer or another single-stakeholder lobby. We are a structural architect that converts complex grid frictions into high-value, open market standards.

Our mandate is to identify multi-gigawatt bottlenecks and engineer the open regulatory frameworks required to resolve them, bridging the gap between localized sandboxes.

THE CURRENT CRISIS

Every hyperscaler, industrial load, and generator staring down multi-year queues faces a choice: build inside the grid, or build around it.

Off-grid gas peakers, islanded microgrids, and private generation that never touches a public wire are a white flag. They treat grid integration as impossible. It's the worst outcome for ratepayers, utilities, and reliability—but right now, some see it as the only way to get powered.

Everyone wins when growth builds INSIDE the grid instead of around it—using private capital to finance the net-new generation that strengthens system reliability for everyone. That only happens if speed-to-power on the public wire beats speed-to-power off it.

We built V-Wire to make sure it does.

THE ROADMAP

Connecting private market coordination directly with grid-level regulatory trust.

01 • THE FIRST WEDGE

Telemetry Offset

Unlocking flexible grid capacity requires solving the attributability gap—providing grid operators with verifiable proof of physical asset performance.

Our initial market deployment operationally pairs large loads and front-of-the-meter storage or generation on separate, grid-integrated meters.

02 • THE FOUNDATION

Trust and the Duty Ledger

Separate, grid-integrated assets with an attributable relationship need trust and proof.

Using dynamic telemetry netting backed by the Duty Ledger, Telemetry Offsetting is simple to manage in operations and settle post-operating day, avoiding grid planning friction and providing a clean path to operational implimentation without requiring any SCED updates.

THE GLOBAL CAPACITY ALLIANCE

Real grid reform requires an open table. V-Wire funded and launched the Global Capacity Alliance (GCA) as an open 501(c)(6) trade organization to give multi-stakeholder governance a neutral forum—including recent interventions in all six FERC large-load dockets, and ongoing engagement with ERCOT's stakeholder process on large-load interconnection.

The GCA exists to establish industry-wide contracting norms, set technical certifications, and drive shared advocacy. We are actively expanding participation agreements with peer organizations to establish full, multi-stakeholder governance across the ecosystem.

Funding Advocacy Through IP

We innovate around and help engineer new grid markets. To fund our systemic regulatory advocacy, V-Wire establishes foundational, patent-pending architectures targeted for conversion into Standard Essential Patents (SEPs).
